We are so close to your big day and I am so excited! Please fill this form one week before the wedding date and notify any changes by email. This will be my my go-to notes for the day! If you have any questions, concerns, or need any help please feel free to email or text me. You may have given me some of this information already but I like to confirm details in case anything has changed.

Bride & Groom Full Names

Important phone numbers (ie bride and groom? wedding planner? maid of honor? best man?)

Finalized schedule (please include addresses and time)

Arrival and Departure time for photographer(s)

For example: 12pm - 10pm

Are there restrictions for photographer during the ceremony?

Flash? COVID distancing?

List of group photos of family and friends (ie couple with parents, couple with siblings)

Location of the group photos (ie venue? park?)

Number of invited wedding guests

What is the most anticipated moments of your wedding day? Please include bride & grooms answers. These are also the must have moments that I will capture!

Main colors (mostly asking so I don't accidentally match the bridal party!)

Are there any other special traditions or events happening during the wedding I should know about?

Are there any family circumstances I should be aware of?

Please list the vendors used so I can credit them in photos (florist, hair/makeup, video, cake/desserts, invitation designer, decorators, wedding planner, etc).

A few more tip :)
1. Set aside wedding details in one spot (bride: invitations, shoes, jewelry, wedding dress(es), vail, engagement and wedding rings, floral, etc) (groom: bow tie, suits, watches, booze, cigar, etc) to save time in the morning for photographers!
